Location is too far from the centre of the city Cleanes is ok Food taste and services are to week

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Nice terrace and friendly staff. Nice connectivity and peaceful surrounding.

The room is ok and clean. Food is fantastic but needs to be maintained like a dental kit sleeper etc. Otherwise ok

This is my third time to this property. As earlier, this time too we found the property to be very cool, neat and pleasant.

Location was good. Room service was ok. No dental kit & bathing soap was in bathroom. Food quality was ok. Staff behaviour was good

Nice and calm place. Well behaved staff. Room and washrooms were clean and all the amenities were provided

The property does not have a functioning lift/elevator. Additionally the rooms were all same despite booking a king size specifically. Overall the location and food was good.

First of all, it is not the actual home stay, it is more towards a 2 star hotel. I booked 3 rooms for my family having a senior citizen. This hotel is a part of 4 story building which shares GF with Tata Motors showroom. They have a common entrance where the stairs from the backend lead you towards this hotel. They have few rooms at second floor and have a service apartment at the terrace with 4 rooms. Room service was not good enough. Staff is not well trained for hospitality of their guests. There have been instances where we had to follow up multiple times for our requests. The another important thing is that they do not have lifts in spite of spanning their premises upto 4 floors. One of my family members was a senior citizen who had trouble reaching to the 4th floor. The positive aspects are that rooms were clean and food was ok. In my opinion, this property is well suited for the people who are healthy enough to avoid lifts and want a budget stay to sleep over.

If you are looking for a peaceful ambience away from the city rush, supportive/friendly staffs, clean/spacious rooms then this is the right choice. I stayed here for 4 days for a business visit and all my basic needs as a newbie to the town were taken care by the staffs more than expected. Special thanks to the room boy, staffs in reception and khrawbor for arranging car/bike rentals as required and following up for timely food orders.
